Before exporting, understand if exporting makes sense.

Technical assessment of the brand's, product's, and company's readiness to operate outside Brazil. It is an analytical work — not a promise of commercial results.

Objective

What this work is for.

Map the brand's real starting point for internationalization: product maturity, production capacity, corporate structure, regulatory situation, and initial fit with foreign markets. The diagnosis does not recommend countries — it establishes whether the company meets the minimum conditions for an expansion thesis.

Company profile

Who this module fits.

01

Companies that do not yet export

Brands mature in the domestic market considering a first international move, without defining market, channel, or model.

02

Companies that exported reactively

Have already received occasional orders from abroad and want to turn opportunity into a structured strategy.

03

Groups evaluating portfolio expansion

Brands with different products and the need to decide which line has the greatest aptitude for foreign markets.

Deliverables

What the company receives.

Each deliverable is an objective artifact. None is a disguised sales pitch.

  • 01

    Readiness report

Analysis by dimension: product, brand, operation, production capacity, tax situation, and necessary qualifications.

  • 02

    Aptitude matrix by line

When there is more than one product, an objective comparison of which line has the lowest entry barrier and best cost/value equation abroad.

  • 03

    List of critical gaps

What the company needs to resolve before initiating any international movement — registrations, adequacy, pricing, production capacity.

  • 04

    Recommendation of next steps

Suggested sequence between market strategy, regulatory adequacy, and commercial development. No pressure to contract additional modules.

Stages

How the work progresses.

  1. 01Stage

    Kickoff and data collection

Session with leadership and structured collection of documents, commercial, and financial data.

  2. 02Stage

    Internal analysis

Evaluation of portfolio, production chain, tax structure, brand, and intellectual property.

  3. 03Stage

    External cross-check

Preliminary verification of barriers, regulatory requirements, and public market comparables.

  4. 04Stage

    Consolidation

Readiness report, aptitude matrix, and prioritized list of gaps.

  5. 05Stage

    Executive presentation

Feedback with leadership and discussion of next steps — without obligation for subsequent contracting.

Dependencies

What we need from the client.

Internationalization work doesn't move forward without a few clear prerequisites. We prefer to point them out upfront.

  • Requirement 01

    Access to internal information

Controlled access to financial, production, and commercial data so that the analysis reflects the company's reality.

  • Requirement 02

    Decision interlocutor

A responsible person with authority to answer for product, operation, and commercial aspects during the diagnosis period.

  • Requirement 03

    Basic documentation

Articles of association, current registrations, product technical data sheets, and sales history if available.

Expected result

What's reasonable to expect.

An honest portrait of the company's current stage to operate outside Brazil. In some cases, the diagnosis concludes that the company is not ready and points out the path to maturity before any external investment.

We don't work with sales guarantees, absolute deadlines or minimum volumes. Any commercial proposal that does should be treated with caution.

Next step

Shall we talk about international diagnosis?

An initial screening call clarifies whether this module makes sense now, whether it fits in parts, or whether another piece of work should come first.
