Registration is operational permission. It is not certification.
Many companies in the sector present regulatory bodies (Receita, ANVISA, Inmetro, MAPA, ANAC) as if they were quality seals. They are not. They are official channels that any operation needs to comply with — each with a specific purpose.
What JD Trade operates and what it presents to the client.
Below are the categories that make up a foreign trade operation in Brazil. The specific list of JD Trade's current qualifications is presented during the contracting process, once the scope is defined.
RADAR Qualification
Authorization with the Federal Revenue to operate in Brazilian foreign trade, with sub-modality (Express, Limited, Unlimited) defined on a case-by-case basis. It is a mandatory registration — not a quality certification.
Access to official systems
Single Foreign Trade Portal (SISCOMEX / Pucomex), integration with approval systems (LI, LPCO), and linked modules. These are operational channels granted by the government, not certifications.
Approval from regulatory bodies
Specific product approvals — ANVISA, MAPA, Inmetro, Army, ANP, ANATEL, among others — are import/export authorizations, not quality seals. Each operation requires approval from the competent body for the NCM.
Special customs regimes
Drawback, RECOF, customs warehouse, temporary admission. These are exception regimes applicable according to the operation profile — used when the net benefit is proven, not as a standard.
Integrations with carriers and terminals
Operational accounts with shipowners, airlines, port terminals, and bonded warehouses. They enable execution but do not replace internal processes.

Registrations and qualifications are presented in writing — valid on the date of contracting.
Documentation serves as proof when presented in writing.
Qualifications, regime proofs, operating licenses, and access proofs to official systems are formally presented at the beginning of the commercial relationship, as part of the client's due diligence process.
We do not publish specific lists of current qualifications on this page: registrations change sub-modalities, regimes are renewed, integrations are reviewed. A static listing quickly becomes misinformation. The document presented to the client is valid on the date of contracting — and that is the guarantee that matters.
Need to validate qualifications before contracting?
We formally present the documents during the due diligence process, with support from the issuing bodies.
